My husband complained and they tried to say that the room cleaning service was a nice to have and weren't obliged to clean the rooms every day (not what the maid said to us though). we were there for 15 nights and went 5 days without towels being changed/beds being changed, then additional 2 days (over a weekend). We have been to Last Vegas a number of times now but this is first time post-pandemic and first time in Planet Hollywood, we found check-in ok but found the room cleaning service poor mainly due to not getting done regularly.
